If you’re a hot chocolate lover, this place is an absolute dream! With multiple branches across London, they offer an incredible range of hot chocolates with different chocolate percentages—from milk to dark to super dark—along with a great selection of vegan milks. My personal favorite is the 43% milk chocolate with hazelnut milk and a hint of cinnamon—pure perfection for cozy winter evenings. Plus, their loyalty program is a bonus—download their app, and after collecting 60 points, you get a free hot chocolate. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Love Knoops, but the Kings Road branch in Chelsea have the friendliest staff. Sally and Shayaru are so welcoming and they make the best hot chocolate ever! Thank you both for always making our visits a pleasure!

This is by far my favourite knoops! The staff are always so lovely and helpful. Never disappointed when I come here. I can’t get better hot chocolate anywhere else (:

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Knoops on Kings Road! From the moment I walked in, Milo was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through their chocolate menu with genuine enthusiasm. I decided to try their famous 70% chocolate milkshake, and it did not disappoint — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. The chocolate flavour was intense and authentic, truly a treat for any chocolate lover!

Very busy place , many friendly staff working very hard to make all customers happy I choose decaf Americano with 54% chocolate drink , it was so tasty & to die for I recommend their drink so much You can collect points through their app ( deducted 88 pence ) and had to pay 55 pence for adding the coffee Variety of cakes but did not try any as I wanted to enjoy the drink
